My son and I enjoyed our stay here. We especially loved the breakfast, which had an unlimited amount of bananas 🍌. the hotel is conveniently located just a short walk away from restaurants and close to everything in the area.

The room with a bigger bed for a couple. Had such facilities, like a mini-bar and multi-channel television.

The location of the property was magnificent, really close to everything. It was also right by the restaurant after hours. There were a mini-bar and multi-channel television in the room, loved that. The food was outstanding with a wide range of options:)))

The wood structures give a warm, inviting feel to the hotel, reminiscent of Colombian coffee region fincas. the breakfast options are fresh and satisfying. the location is a short walk to the main road but far enough to avoid city noise, making it perfect for a peaceful, relaxing stay. the swimming pool is perfect for taking a dip and soaking up the sun.
The rooms seem to lack proper soundproofing, as guests are able to hear everything that their neighbors do.

We had a small issue during our stay, but the hotel handled it very well. They accidentally booked us one room instead of two, but they quickly found a solution by offering us a junior suite for a small additional fee. Despite the initial mistake, the staff were friendly and tried their best to accommodate us. The location of the hotel is also great, with easy access to the city and a peaceful atmosphere. The breakfast served was always fresh and delicious. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

During our New Year's stay, we appreciated the lovely and secluded location, which gave us the peace and quiet we were seeking. the food was also quite nice, with a variety of options to choose from. the hotel was conveniently located near the city, making it easy to access various points of interest.
Our experience was greatly hindered by the uncomfortable and noisy sleeping arrangements. the beds were small and uncomfortable, and we could hear everything from neighboring rooms.

I loved the classic wood design that really brings out the feel of the coffee region. The hotel facilities were great, especially the swimming pool which looked amazing despite not being able to use it due to rain. The breakfast was always fresh with piping hot options available. I also really appreciated the friendly and accommodating staff who went out of their way to ensure my needs were met.
Nothing not to love.

Spending Christmas at this hotel was a wonderful experience. The staff was very friendly, always ready to assist us with everything we needed. We loved the peaceful environment and the stunning views of the surrounding countryside. The breakfasts were delicious with plenty of fresh fruits and local treats to choose from. We also enjoyed the swimming pool and the cozy fireplace in the evenings.
Although we had a great time during our stay, there were some minor issues that could be improved. The Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times, and the cleaning staff sometimes forgot to knock before entering our room.
